Yumi and Hamish are a sweet international couple who I had the pleasure to shoot during the end of the year in a perfect Christmas atmosphere! They were supposed to get married in Tokyo in November 2020, but they had to postpone their wedding due to the pandemic. Since they are now living in Malta, they contacted me for a photoshoot here and we decided Valletta was the best location.
This is Yumi’s experience of the day together … ‘Walking around the city in a dress was insanely fun! The people in the city are also very warm and congratulated us while we were walking around! 🍻 The wind was strong during the day, but Valletta has a lot of paths and stairs… The green haori is a keepsake of my husband's grandma, just the right size for me! She inherited it last year. I'm glad that the length of the dress fits nicely’
